Privacy notice

We only collect what you type into the quote or contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, the product and quantity you are asking about, any specification or message you write, and any files you attach.

We do not ask for payment details, and the website does not create an account for you.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and follow up about your requirement. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

When you submit a form, the details are sent by email to our sales team through a form delivery service (Web3Forms), which passes the message on and does not use it for its own purposes.

Your enquiry then sits in our email system like any other business correspondence.

We keep enquiries and quotations as business records for as long as we may need them for our dealings with you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If visitor measurement is switched on, it is a privacy-friendly service that counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

The presence map loads map images from a third-party map provider, which receives the request for those images.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call the sales contacts on our contact page and we will act on your request.

For anything in this notice, contact our sales team using the details on the contact page.
